Refund policy

We genuinely want you to love what you buy from us and appreciate you supporting our small business. But, we’re all human, and sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. The VinHaus has handmade items that may vary in design. Some products are upcycled that are vintage or slightly used and designed to resell and some are 100% handmade. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we will refund you, or offer an exchange or store credit depending on the item you purchased. We do not allow any returns past 14 days from receipt of the item that is eligible for returns and exchange or store credit if after 14 days and exchanges up to 30 days.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. 

All Custom-ordered handmade merchandise that is designed just for you is FINAL SALE however we can fix anything you may not be happy with. Simply send back to us and we will make it right. You can email us at hello@thevinhaus.com and we will send you a return label. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases.

All NEW Clothing and accessories with tags still attached can be returned or exchanged unless it was a final sale item at the time of purchase with no visible signs of wear if within 14 days of receipt of the purchase and exchange up to 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Need to make a return? Send your request to hello@thevinhaus.com. We will email you a return label or a QR code to use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations. Please be sure to pair the item with the correct package and label. Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won't be returned to you or refunded.

We now accept eligible returns from The VinHaus LLC for any NEW clothing or NEW accessories that have not been worn, including new hats that have not been altered. All custom-ordered jackets and hats are unreturnable however, we will fix any issues you may have with the item.
