$50 Deposit - Hat Bar Party
Description
A Hat Bar Party for you and up to 6 of your friends is a fun way to mingle and design a personalized hat just for you! Also, a great way for businesses to show clients their appreciation! We can bring the full hat bar to you or venue of your choice in the DFW area.
A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the hat party as well as any other add-ons.
The $50 deposit reserves your spot and goes towards the total price of the hat. We have packages ranging from $35 -165+ PP. Add-ons available.
We have base hats that range in price from $15 for the Trucker and $35- $120 for wide flat brim and western, depending on the fabric, brand, style, and construction of the hat. Then anything you choose from the hat bar is an additional cost.

- Trucker $50 includes - one hat (one-size adjustable) Variety of colors and styles - short, tall front and cute pony tail style 2 patches (1 small, 1 large), 1 pin and hat assembly - additional add-ons at additional cost include hat chain, additional pins or additional patches.
- Flat Brim Fedora or Western/Cowgirl price starts at $65- $180 depending on the hat Includes 1 hat (Base Hat - Faux Felt - $35, Real Wool Felt - $120) 1 band, 1 ribbon, 2 feathers, 1 pin, and 1 glass of wine
Add-ons available at the party. You can upgrade your package with additional add-ons and embellishments at the time of the party! We have a variety of material, bands, leather, suede, pins, chains, feathers, cards, matches and poker chips to personalize your hat! We can do some branding at the party. One brand design per hat. Your initials, branded edges, Cactus, Texas, Longhorn or Flower brands currently offered.
Hat shaping, distressing, threading, painting and torch burning will be done outside of the party and able to pick up on a different date. NOTE: shaping, burning, and branding only works well and offered on the real wool felt. We can paint, thred or add grommets to the faux felt hats.
